When building with statewide homes we want you know what what is included, Below you will find out inclusions list. 


-          Plans, certifications and engineering details

-          Council fees and permits for building and plumbing (no town planning included)

-          Earthworks for septic

-         Services connected to home (not  more than 10m from junctions for water and power)

-          Yellow tongue sheet flooring with vinyl to all rooms except wet areas (tiles) and bedrooms where carpet will be installed

Owner will be required to provide power* and fuel for the term of the construction or a temporary electricity pole (additional cost). A minimum of 1000l of water will also be required to be sipplied by the owner for the use of sub-contractors at the following times: builder – peir holes being bored, plumber, plasterers and tilers – prior to roof being installed.

*if the owner would like to take the option of a generator to supply power a minimum of 8kw is needed.

*These items that are shown on the no-inclusions can be added to your home depending on the plan chosen and following discussion with a member from the Statewide Team.
